old problem - new solution

Databases are almost as old as the computers themselves. Saving, loading and linking data is one of the most fundamental tasks in computer science. The technologies available so far are increasingly reaching their limits today. Be it because the amount of data has grown massively, because the hardware has changed, because the type of data is no longer as it used to be, or because the projects are getting bigger and more complex.

DataFS was developed with the idea of solving today's problems and creating a solid basis for future needs.

New concepts were developed, new tools were created, new ideas and opportunities were implemented that previously did not exist. Every aspect of the "data storage and linking" task was rethought and solved from scratch.

All data is stored in an object-oriented way.

The handling is much more intuitive and corresponds more to our natural handling of data.

Similar to a graph database, data is linked via attributes.

The flexibility could hardly be greater.

The properties of the data objects are defined by classes.

Each object can have several classes. These can be added and removed dynamically.

The unique system allows high performance to be achieved. Adapted to today's hardware, the concept offers the greatest possible parallelism and thus uses all resources optimally.

The ability to distribute databases across multiple servers enables all company data to be kept in the same system.

This makes it possible to link all data from all products.

There is no longer any need for isolated solutions. Each application can store data in the same database and use data from other applications.

The database works with transactions and offers full ACID.

Databases can be expanded at runtime and adapted to new applications.

A simple schema update is sufficient.
